马尾副神经节瘤1例

摘要 马尾副神经节瘤是肾上腺外副神经节系统中少见的神经内分泌肿瘤,由于其临床、影像学和组织病理学上与神经鞘瘤和室管膜瘤及脊膜瘤相似,缺乏特异性,极易误诊及漏诊,应在临床、影像学和病理检查的基础上进行鉴别诊断。本文报道1例马尾副神经节瘤,以期为临床医生提供借鉴。1临床资料患者,62岁,男性,2015年无明显诱因出现腰部疼痛症状,诊断为“椎管内占位性病变”,未行手术治疗,采取保守治疗。
