摘要
共形电子部件不但具备电磁信号收发、承载防护、选择性透波等功能,而且能够与载体平台共形,保持其空气动力学和电磁隐身性能,不但是下一代武器平台的重要标志,更是其制信息权的重要体现。此外,共形电子在健康监测、5G/6G通信、智能交通等领域也有广阔的应用前景。然而,传统的制造方法不但难以成形多层自由曲面电路,更难以实现共形电子制造过程中形状和性能的优化调控,无法满足高密度、高性能的结构功能一体化共形电子的制造需求。增材制造不但可将多层曲面电路、支撑防护结构同步成形,而且便于在成形过程中调控工艺参数、优化成形件形状和性能,是一种极具潜力的制造方式。文中综述了共形电子增材制造的研究现状,分析了典型工艺的特点和面临的技术挑战,指出控形控性的一体化喷射成形是共形电子增材制造的重要发展方向,并在此基础上论述了一体化喷射成形制造的关键科学问题、技术挑战和最新进展。
Conformal electronic components not only have the functions of electromagnetic signal transmission and reception,bearing and protection,selective wave transmission,etc.,but also can be conformal with carrier platform to maintain their aerodynamic and radar stealth performance.Conformal electronics are becoming a key symbol of the next generation weapon platform and one of the primary means for information dominance.In addition,conformal electronics have broad application prospects in health monitoring,5G/6G communications and intelligent transportation as well.However,it’s not only difficult to form multilayer free-form curved circuits,but also tough to regulate the shape and performance in manufacturing process by traditional manufacturing methods,which is unable to meet the manufacturing requirements of structure-function integrated conformal electronics with high density and good performance.Additive manufacturing has great potential in this area because it can not only simultaneously form multi-layer curved circuits and supporting protective structures,but also facilitate the adjustment of the manufacturing parameters and optimize the shape and performance of the forming parts.The state of the art progress in conformal electronics additive manufacturing is reviewed,and the characteristics of typical processes and the technical challenges it faces are analyzed in this paper.It is pointed out that the integrated ink-jet printing with shape and performance supervisory control is an important development direction in this area.Based on this,the key scientific issues,technical challenges and latest progress of the integrated ink-jet printing are presented and discussed.
