摘要
振动试验是考察飞机外挂物是否满足挂飞条件的重要试验项目,有科学合理的试验夹具才能准确模拟外挂物的实际挂飞状态。针对国内现有振动试验方法的不足,文中提出了一种新型试验夹具,并采用该夹具和传统刚性夹具对吊舱进行了随机振动仿真分析,最后将仿真结果与挂飞实测结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,新型夹具模拟出的振动环境更加逼近真实挂飞情况。该新型振动夹具弥补了国内现有试验夹具的不足,为行业内振动夹具乃至试验方法的改进探索出了一种新的可行方案。
The vibration test is an important test project to determine whether the aircraft external store meets the hanging flight conditions. Scientific and reasonable test fixture can accurately simulate the actual hanging flight state of external store. Aiming at the deficiencies of existing vibration test methods at home, a new test fixture is proposed in this paper. The random vibration simulation analysis of pod is conducted with this new fixture and conventional rigid fixture. Finally, the simulation results are compared with the measured hanging flight results. The result shows that the vibration environment simulated by the new fixture is closer to the real hanging flight case. The new test fixture makes up the shortage of the existing test fixture. It explores a new feasible scheme for improvement of vibration fixture and test method in the industry.
