乙炔清净废硫酸裂解再生工艺运行总结

摘要 针对乙炔清净废硫酸的特性,开发了乙炔清净废硫酸裂解再生工艺,工艺技术路线为“高温裂解+酸洗净化+二转二吸+尾气吸收”,具有运行稳定、安全可靠、处理量大、成品酸品质好、总硫收率高、尾气排放低等优点。对工业装置运行过程中出现的问题进行了归纳总结,并提出工艺优化改进的方向,为后续的装置设计提供了参考。 In view of the characteristics of acetylene purification waste sulphuric acid,a cracking and regeneration process for acetylene purification waste sulphuric acid was developed.The process technology route is high-temperature cracking,acid cleaning purification,twice conversion and twice absorption,and tail gas absorption.It has the advantages of stable operation,safety and reliability,large processing capacity,good quality of finished acid,high total sulphur yield,and low tail gas emissions.The problems occurred in the operation of industrial plants are summarized,and the direction of process optimization and improvement is proposed,which provides a reference for the subsequent plant design.
