无框车门车型侧围外板4工序工艺方案分析

摘要 无框车门车型的侧围外板在上边梁增加了一排密封安装孔,这些孔需要排布在同一工序上进行冲切来保证尺寸精度。所以,在工艺上需要排布上边梁在OP30一次整形到位,OP40才能排布一次冲切所有密封安装孔。在制件设计上需要减少A柱和C柱的制件特征,避免在工艺排布上与密封安装孔产生干涉。通过制件设计和工艺方案优化后,无框车门车型侧围外板可以采用4工序生产。 A row of sealing installation holes are added to the upper side beam of the side wall outer plate of the frameless door vehicle. These holes need to be arranged in the same process for punching to ensure the dimensional accuracy. Technically, it is necessary to layout the upper side beam forming once at OP30, so that all the sealing installation holes can be layout punch once at OP40. In the product design, it is necessary to reduce the product features of A pillar and C pillar to avoid interference with the seal mounting hole during the process layout. After the product design and process scheme optimization, the side panel of the frameless door vehicle can be produced in four processes.
