摘要
通过对45A钢拔制生产前抗拉强度及不同减面率拔制后抗拉强度的标定,并通过Minitab 16软件中的回归分析功能对收集的性能结果进行分析,得到了拔制前的性能、拔制减面率及拔制后材料性能之间的关系,为后续生产45A钢如何控制减面率有一定的指导意义。
Through the calibration of tensile strength before drawing production and tensile strength after drawing with different reduction ratio, the collected performance results are analyzed by regression analysis function in Minitab 16 software, and the relationship between the properties before drawing, drawing reduction rate and material properties after drawing is obtained, which has certain guiding significance for the follow-up production of 45A steel how to control the reduction rate.
