摘要
在全面推进健康中国战略的背景下,医学生的培养质量直接影响我国医学的发展水平。医学生作为准医生,承担着救死扶伤的神圣使命,是未来人民健康的守护者。高素质的医学人才不仅应该业务能力过硬,还应具备良好的职业素养和职业道德,具有关注社会发展的责任感。当前,对于医学生的职业使命感培育方面的一些问题亟待解决。在课程设置、教育机制、环境营造等方面,医药卫生类高职院校要结合自身的实际不断努力,探索具有医学特色的培养路径。
Under the background of comprehensively promoting the “Healthy China Strategy”, the cultivation quality of medical students directly affects the development level of our country’s medical field. As the prospective doctors, medical students undertake the sacred mission of saving lives and helping the wounded, and are the guardians of people’s health in the future. High-quality medical talents should not only have excellent professional ability,but also have good professional quality and professional ethics, and have a sense of responsibility to pay attention to social development. At present, there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in the cultivation of medical students’ career calling. In terms of curriculum setting, education mechanism, and environment creation,medical and health vocational colleges should make continuous efforts based on their own actual conditions, and explore a cultivation path with medical characteristics.
