摘要
目的 探讨正向反馈式心理护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用,从而提高患者的康复效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年5月在福建省福州神经精神病防治院的80例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表分成对照组和干预组,每组各40例,两组患者均运用常规治疗与护理,干预组在此基础上实施正向反馈式心理护理干预,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD),护士用简明精神病量表(N-BPRS)于干预前后对患者的情绪与康复效果进行评定。结果 干预8周后,干预组患者的HAMA、HAMD、N-BPRS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对精神分裂症患者实施正向反馈式心理护理干预可以减少患者的焦虑情绪,缓解患者的抑郁心境,促进患者的康复。
Objective To explore the application of positive feedback psychological nursing in patients with schizophrenia,so as to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients. Methods From June 2021 to May 2022, 80 schizophrenic patients hospitalized in Fuzhou Neuro-psychiatric Hospital, Fujian Province were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the intervention group according to the random number table, with 40 patients in each group. Both groups were treated and nursed routinely. The intervention group implemented positive feedback psychological nursing intervention on this basis, and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) was used, Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and N-BPRS were used by nurses to evaluate the patients’ emotion and rehabilitation effect before and after intervention.Results After 8 weeks of intervention, the scores of HAMA, HAMD and N-BPRS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion The positive feedback psychological nursing intervention for schizophrenic patients can reduce their anxiety, relieve their depression and promote their rehabilitation.
