摘要
为克服现有输液装置无法控制输液速度、不便在复杂运动环境中使用、不便户外使用和携带等缺点,设计了一套无源运动输液装置。该装置可于无电源、环境恶劣、使用者无法保持相对静止的状态下使用。其原理是通过弹簧的推力作用实现静脉输液,通过机械定时器控制输液时间,采用捆绑方式以便于使用者随身携带与活动。该研究介绍了无源运动输液装置的结构设计、材料选用,并对该装置进行了静态、动态、定时机构3项测试。测试结果表明,该装置能按照定时要求完成输液任务,输液精度较高,且成本低廉,抗干扰性强,适合野外应急输液使用。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of the existing infusion device,such as uncontrolled infusion speed, discomfort to use in complex sports environment and carry outdoors in outdoor use, a set of passive sports infusion device was designed. The device can be used in special conditions, such as no power supply, harsh environment, and users unable to remain relatively static. Its principle was to achieve intravenous infusion through the thrust of the spring, control the infusion time through the mechanical timer,and facilitate the user to carry and move by binding. In this paper, the structural design and material selection of the passive sports infusion device were introduced. In addition, the device was tested from three aspects, with static, dynamic and timing mechanism. The test results showed that the infusion task could be completed by the device according to the timing requirements, with high infusion precision. In addition, the device is suitable for field emergency infusion, with low cost and strong anti-interference.
