摘要
目的观察贺氏针灸三通法治疗神经性耳鸣急性期的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为观察组与对照组35例。两组均给予基础药物治疗,对照组予毫针针刺治疗,观察组予毫针、火针、放血三通法结合治疗,均治疗2周。分别于治疗前后分析比较两组耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)评分、耳鸣声响视觉模拟评分(VAS)、耳鸣残疾评估量表(THI)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分,并比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为85.71%,优于对照组的65.71%(P<0.05);两组治疗后TEQ评分、VAS评分、THI评分、PSQI、HAMA均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贺氏针灸三通法治疗神经性耳鸣急性期临床疗效显著,可明显改善患者耳鸣症状、提高睡眠质量,调节焦虑情绪。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of He′s Santong method of acupuncture in the treatment of acute nervous tinnitus. Methods:A total of 70 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(35cases)and control group(35 cases). Both groups were treated with basic drugs. The control group was treated with filiform acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with filiform acupuncture,fire acupuncture,and bloodletting Santong method. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment,the tinnitus evaluation scale(TEQ),tinnitus sound visual analog score(VAS),THI score,PSQI score and HAMA score of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was better than 65.71% of the control group(P < 0.05). The TEQ score,VAS score,THI score,PSQI and HAMA in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion:He′s Santong method of acupuncture has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute nervous tinnitus,which can significantly improve the tinnitus symptoms,improve sleep quality,and regulate the anxiety of patients.
