摘要
推动高职产业学院建设,教师是关键因素和主要力量。围绕高职产业学院师资队伍建设这一主题,详细分析了师资队伍建设的现状,深入剖析了师资队伍建设存在的主要问题,最后提出了加强高职产业学院师资队伍建设的路径。研究表明,通过精准定位、创新评价标准、完善培训体系等举措,能有效打造一支数量足、素质高、业务精的一流师资队伍,从而推动产业学院的可持续发展。
Teachers are the key factor and main force to promote the construction of higher vocational industrial colleges.Focusing on the theme of the construction of the teaching staff of higher vocational industrial colleges, this paper analyzes in detail the current situation of the construction of the teaching staff, discusses in depth the main problems existing in the construction of the teaching staff, and puts forward a path to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges of industry. The research shows that through precise positioning, innovative evaluation standards, improvement of training system and other measures,we can effectively create a first-class teaching team with sufficient quantity, high quality and excellent business, thus promoting the sustainable development of the industrial colleges.
