摘要
目的:探讨128层螺旋CT对甲状腺乳头状癌术前评估的意义。方法:回顾性分析78例经病理证实为甲状腺乳头状癌患者的临床资料,均接受128层螺旋CT检查,总结128层螺旋CT对甲状腺乳头状癌进行术前评估的价值。结果:检查发现肿瘤结节95个,其中单发61例,多发17例,病灶平均直径(32.0±12.6)mm。螺旋CT增强检查对甲状腺癌病灶的检出率与定性诊断率均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT平扫和CT增强对甲状腺乳头状癌淋巴结转移的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:128层螺旋CT对甲状腺乳头状癌术前评估的意义确切,可使甲状腺癌病灶得到有效诊断。
Objective:To investigate the significance of 128 slice spiral CT in preoperative evaluation of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of 78 patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All patients received 128 slice spiral CT.The value of 128 slice spiral CT in preoperative evaluation of thyroid papillary carcinoma was summarized.Results:95 tumor nodules were found,61 of which were single,17 were multiple,the average was(32.0±12.6)mm.The detection rate and qualitative diagnosis rate of thyroid cancer lesions by spiral CT enhanced examination were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The detection rate of lymph node metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma was statistically significant(P<0.05)by plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan.Conclusion:The significance of 128 slice spiral CT in preoperative evaluation of thyroid papillary carcinoma is accurate,which can effectively diagnose thyroid carcinoma.
