摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜手术视频在住院医师规范化培训临床教学中的应用。方法:本研究纳入了85名住院医师规范化培训(简称“住培”)学员(外科学方向)。传统教学组43人,教学研究组42人。传统教学组采用PPT教学,教学研究组在传统PPT教学基础上引入临床典型病例,播放该病例手术视频,并小组讨论。实习期满在手术适应证、手术过程及基本原则、围手术期处理三方面进行笔试考核。结果:对两组笔试结果统计分析,在手术适应证方面,传统教学组学员得分低于教学研究组学员得分,但两组间得分无统计学差异(P>0.05);在手术过程及基本原则、围手术期处理方面,教学研究组学员得分高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。教学研究组学员总分高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论:典型病例结合手术视频在胸腔镜手术临床教学中是有效可行的。
Objective:To explore the application of typical cases combined with thoracoscopic surgery videos in the clinical teaching of standardized training for residents.Methods:A total of 85 trainees(in the field of surgery)were enrolled in this study.The traditional group was taught by PowerPoint while the study group was taught by adding a typical clinical case,a video of the surgery,and a group discussion to the traditional PowerPoint.After the completion of the internship,written examinations were conducted in three areas:surgical indications,surgical procedures and basic principles,and perioperative management.The full score of the examination paper is 100.Results:Statistical analysis on the written test results of the two groups showed that in terms of surgical indications,the scores of the students in the traditional teaching group were lower than those in the teaching research group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).In terms of perioperative management,the scores of students in the teaching research group were higher than those in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The total score of the students in the teaching research group was higher than that in the traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of typical cases and surgical videos is effective and feasible in the clinical teaching of thoracoscopic surgery.
