北京市怀柔区个性化营养膳食服务体系创建

摘要 目的:探讨北京市怀柔区个性化营养膳食服务体系创建效果。方法:选取2021年5-6月北京市怀柔区常住人口1598名为观察对象,依据个性化营养膳食服务体系创建情况分为创建组(n=800)与未创建组(n=798)。通过问卷调查,比较两组居民食盐、食用油、蔬菜、水果、水、奶制品类相关知识知晓率及健康行为。结果:创建组居民食盐摄入量知晓率、控食盐行为比例高于未创建组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创建组居民食用油摄入量知晓率、控油行为比例高于未创建组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创建组居民蔬菜摄入量知晓率、深色蔬菜比例知晓率、平均每日蔬菜摄入量300~500 g、>500 g比例高于未创建组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创建组居民水果摄入量知晓率、每周食用水果1~2 d比例、平均每日水果摄入量200~350 g比例高于未创建组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);创建组居民水摄入量知晓率、奶制品类摄入量知晓率、每周饮奶≥5 d比例、平均每日饮奶300~500 g、>500 g比例高于未创建组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:北京市怀柔区个性化营养膳食服务体系创建效果较好,可提高居民食盐、食用油、蔬菜、水果、奶制品类相关知识知晓率及健康行为。 Objective:To explore the establishment of personalized nutrition diet service system in Huairou District of Beijing.Methods:A total of 1,598 permanent residents of Huairou District,Beijing from May 2021 to June 2021 were selected as observation subjects,and divided into creating group(n=800)and not creating group(n=798)according to the establishment of personalized nutrition and diet service system.Through questionnaire survey,the awareness rate of salt,edible oil,vegetables,fruits,water and dairy products and their health behaviors were compared between the two groups.Results:The salt intake awareness rate and salt control behavior ratio of residents in the creating group were higher than those in the not creating group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of edible oil intake and the proportion of oil control behavior in the creating group were higher than those in the not creating group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of vegetable intake,the awareness rate of the proportion of dark vegetables,the average daily vegetable intake of 300~500 g and the proportion>500 g of residents in the creating group were higher than those in the not creating group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of fruit intake,the proportion of eating fruit 1 to 2 days per week,and the proportion of average daily fruit intake of 200 to 350 g in the creating group were higher than those in the not creating group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of water intake,the awareness rate of dairy intake,the proportion of weekly milk drinking≥5 days,the proportion of average daily milk drinking 300~500 g,>500 g were higher in the creating group than in the not creating group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The establishment of personalized nutrition diet service system in Huairou District of Beijing has a good effect,which can improve residents'awareness of salt,edible oil,vegetables,fruits,dairy products and related knowledge and health behavior.
