摘要
该文阐述康平县人才队伍建设现状,从涉农部门人才服务乡村动力,乡、村干部组织与管理能力,人才引才困难问题及人才留才政策与措施落实方面分析康平县人才队伍建设存在的问题,从选优建强乡村干部队伍、积极培育农村致富带头人、建立健全乡村人才服务政策、优化人才生存环境方面提出康平县人才队伍问题的对策建议。
This paper expounds the present situation of the construction of talent team in Kangping County, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of talent team in Kangping County from the aspects of the driving force of agriculture-related departments to serve the countryside, the organization and management ability of township and village cadres, the difficulties in attracting talents, and the implementation of policies and measures for talent retention. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the problem of talent team in Kangping County by selecting excellent and building a strong contingent of rural cadres, actively cultivating rural leaders to become rich, establishing and perfecting talent in rural areas service policy, and optimizing the living environment of talents.
