摘要
设计了新的摊铺机水泥浆同步洒布装置,提出了采用摊铺机水泥浆同步洒布装置的施工技术,将“水泥浆粘结层”和“基层摊铺”两道工序合二为一,同步施工。较好地解决了传统人工预洒布水泥浆工艺中运料车轮污染已施工完成路面的问题,降低了水泥浆粘结层的扰动,使上、下基层粘合的完好率比传统人工预洒布水泥浆工艺提高50%,减少局部粘结效果较差及更易开裂的问题。相比传统的人工预洒布水泥浆工艺,经济效益较显著,某工程实例施工约22个月,共节省工程费用约107.8万元。
A new cement slurry synchronous spreading device for paver has been designed, and the construction technology of cement slurry synchronous spreading device for paver has been put forward. The two processes of "cement cement bonding layer" and "base spreading" have been combined into one, and the construction has been carried out simultaneously. It could solvethe problems that the transport wheel in the traditional manual pre-sprinkling slurry process polluting the completed road surface, reduce the disturbance of the cement slurry bond layer, make the bonding completion rate of the upper and lower base base increasing by 50% compared with the traditional manual pre-sprinkling slurry process, and reduce the problem that the local bonding effect being poor and more prone to cracking. Compared with the traditional manual pre-sprinkling cement slurry technology, the economic benefits have been more significant, as for a project with about a 22 monthsconstruction period, a total cost savings could reach about 1,078 million Yuan. The device is also easy to popularize and apply in projects.
