摘要
针对泡沫混凝土吸水率高的问题,采用实验室自制的硅烷疏水乳液对其表面进行防水处理,通过质量吸水率、乳液渗透深度、静态接触角、微观形貌及元素分析等方法研究了涂覆次数对泡沫混凝土防水性能的影响。结果显示:硅烷疏水乳液对泡沫混凝土的防水效果较好,相比较未作防水处理的空白试块,防水处理泡沫混凝土24h的质量吸水率下降了62.43%,并且涂覆2次的防水效果最佳,静态接触角达到126.7°,该防水层平均厚度为1.34cm。
In order to solve the problem of high water absorption of foamed concrete,the surface of foamed concrete was waterproofed by silane hydrophobic emulsion made in laboratory.The effects of coating times on the waterproof performance of foamed concrete were studied by means of mass water absorption,emulsion penetration depth,static contact angle,microstructure and element analysis.The results show that silane hydrophobic emulsion has good waterproof effect on foam-concrete.Compared with the blank test block without waterproof treatment,the water absorption by weight of foam concrete after waterproof treatment for 24 h decreased by 62.43%,and the waterproof effect was the best when coated twice.The static contact Angle is 126.7°,and the average thickness of the waterproof layer is 1.34 cm.
