摘要
钨酸铋是一种复合氧化铋层状化合物,具有对可见光的响应能力且禁带宽度窄,是优良的可见光光催化剂。在查阅大量文献基础上,从钨酸铋的合成方法和改性方法进行介绍,综述固相法、水热法、溶剂热法、微波辅助加热合成法、微乳液法、共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、喷雾热解法、熔盐法和静电纺丝法等合成方法的原理、优缺点。从能带结构优化、光生载流子复合问题优化、吸附能力优化、光响应范围拓宽4个方面介绍钨酸铋的改性研究。最后,从钨酸铋合成方法和改性方面进行了展望。
Bismuth tungstate is a composite bismuth oxide layered compound and has been used as an excellent visible light photocatalyst due to its ability to respond to visible light and narrow band gap.The synthesis and modification methods of bismuth tungstate were introduced based on a large number of literatures.The principles, advantages and disadvantages of solid phase, hydrothermal, solvothermal, microwave-assisted heating synthesis, micro emulsion, co-precipitation, sol-gel, spray pyrolysis, molten salt and electro spinning were reviewed.This paper also summarized the modification of bismuth tungstate from four aspects: optimization of energy band structure, optimization of composite problem of photogenerated carriers, optimization of adsorption capacity and broadening of optical response range.Finally, the prospect of synthesis and modification of bismuth tungstate was presented.
