情景模拟教学法在儿科学教学中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 现在医疗环境下,儿科医生数量明显小于临床患儿需求,因此急需培养大批优秀儿科医生进入临床,缓解供需失衡的现状。随着临床医学教育的改革,传统的儿科学教学方法已经不能满足现在儿科学教学的需要,临床医学教育进入了全新教学时代。情景模拟教学在儿科学教学中将理论与实践相结合,通过激发学生自主学习兴趣,提高医患沟通能力,培养临床思维,可以有效提高儿科学教学质量,更好地为国家输出儿科学人才。文章首先阐述情景模拟教学的概念及现状,结合我国实际情况对情景模拟教学在儿科麻醉、急诊、护理、内外科及医患沟通教学中的应用进展进行综述,并总结不足,进行思考,为情景模拟教学在儿科学教学中进一步推广提供依据。 In the current medical environment,the number of pediatricians is significantly less than the demand of clinical children.Therefore,it is urgent to train a large number of excellent pediatricians to enter the clinic to alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand.With the reform of clinical medicine education,the traditional teaching methods of Pediatrics can no longer meet the needs of pediatrics teaching.Clinical medicine education has entered a new teaching era.Situational simulation teaching combines theory and practice in pediatrics teaching,by stimulating students’interest in autonomous learning,improving doctor-patient communication ability and cultivating clinical thinking,it can effectively improve the quality of pediatrics teaching and better export pediatrics talents for the country.Firstly,the paper expounds the concept and current situation of situational simulation teaching,summarizes the application progress of situational simulation teaching in pediatric anesthesia,emergency,nursing,internal and external medicine and doctor-patient communication teaching,summarizes the shortcomings and thinks,so as to provide a basis for the further promotion of situational simulation teaching in pediatrics teaching.
