分层次教学联合PBL教学法用于产科住院医师规范化培训的价值 被引量:2

The Value of Hierarchical Teaching Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Obstetric Residents

摘要 目的研究分层次教学联合以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)用于产科住院医师规范化培训的价值。方法2017年11月—2020年12月,将广西医科大学第二附属医院产科进行住培的85名住院医师作为研究对象,随机为联合组(28名)、分层组(28名)、PBL组(29名),三组分别使用分层次教学法、PBL教学法、分层次教学联合PBL的教学法。记录三组培训前评分和培训后第2次出科考核评分,包括产科理论考核和技能操作考核评分,进行教学质量评价并收集满意度。结果培训后,三组理论考核和技能操作考核评分相比,均有联合组>分层组>PBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组认知领域、情感领域、精神运动领域得分和满意度相比,均有联合组>分层组>PBL组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分层次教学联合PBL用于产科住院医师规范化培训可提升住院医师的理论知识评分和实际操作能力,教学质量较高并且住院医师满意度较高。 Objective To study the value of hierarchical teaching combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in standardized training of obstetric residents.Methods From November 2017 to December 2020,85 residents of the obstetrics department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University who received standardized training were taken as the research objects,randomly divided into the combined group(28),stratified group(28),and PBL group(29).The three groups used hierarchical teaching method,PBL teaching method,and hierarchical teaching combined with PBL teaching method respectively.Record the scores of the three groups before the training and the scores of the second graduation examination after the training,including the scores of obstetric theory examination and skill operation examination,evaluate the teaching quality and collect the satisfaction.Results After the training,the scores of theoretical examination and skill operation examination in the three groups were all higher in the combined group than in the stratified group than in the PBL group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores and satisfaction of the three groups in cognitive field,emotional field and psychomotor field were all higher in the combined group than in the stratified group than in the PBL group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL in standardized training of obstetric inpatients can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability of the resident.The teaching quality is high and the satisfaction of the resident is high.
