摘要
目的通过期刊文献探讨国内继续医学教育主题研究的发展历程与进展趋势,并回顾其各发展阶段的研究内容热点,以期为领域未来发展与实践提供积极地参考依据。方法研究以中国知网(CNKI)为文献数据来源,截止至2021年12月31日,共纳入国内继续医学教育主题研究相关论文1818篇,采用内容分析法与文献计量法相结合的方法对研究主题领域的期刊文献进行系统客观的特征编码与归类(8个维度19个二级类目),将显性的定性文本信息转化为可测量的定量数据。结果该领域研究以历年载文量可分为探索期(1986—1990年)、发展期(1991—1999年)、成熟期(2000-2015年)及回落期(2016年至今)四个发展阶段,研究成果载文量核心期刊群形成,但核心学者群尚未形成。结论通过对四个阶段的文献量化数据分析可见,国内继续医学教育研究有着明显的阶段性变化趋势,其在现状发展、项目管理及信息技术研究上呈上升趋势,在基础研究、经验启示及医疗发展研究上呈下降趋势,教学活动研究保持着横向波动趋势。
Objective in order to provide sufficient reference for the future development and practice of the field,this paper aims to explore the development process and progress trend of the subject research of continuing medical education in China by reviewing the journal literature,and to review the research content hotspots in each development stage.Methods CNKI was used as the source of literature data in this study.1818 papers related to the subject research of continuing medical education in China were included by December 31,2021.The journal literature in the subject field was systematically and objectively coded and classified(8 dimensions and 19 secondary categories)by using the method of content analysis and bibliometrics,and the explicit qualitative text information was transformed into measurable quantitative data.Results The research in this field can be divided into four development stages based on the amount of papers carried over the years:the exploration period(1986-1990),the development period(1991-1999),the mature period(2000-2015)and the decline period(2016-present).The core journal group with the amount of papers carried in the research results has been formed,but the core academic group has not yet been formed.Conclusion after analyzing the literature quantitative data of the four stages,it can be seen that the research on continuing medical education in China has an obvious phased change trend,which shows an upward trend in the current development,project management and information technology research,while a downward trend in basic research,experience enlightenment and medical development research,and the research on teaching activities maintains a horizontal fluctuation trend.
