摘要
经过“十三五”脱贫攻坚规划实施,恩施州茶产业得到迅猛发展,被确定为恩施州实现乡村振兴的特色生态富民产业,并推动了生态文明建设的全面进步。文章对恩施州茶产业良好的发展态势进行了分析,重点分析了恩施玉露和利川红这“一红一绿”两个历史名茶的产业发展现状,以及品牌建设、技术创新情况等。针对恩施茶产业发展过程中存在的产品标准化程度低,综合效益低;品牌影响力小,缺乏竞争力;产业融合度低,带动效应差等问题,分别从夯实产品质量、拓展茶资源利用、加大品牌推广、规范品牌与市场运营、营造良好文化氛围、实现茶产业融合发展等方面提出了对策,以期为恩施州茶产业全面发展提供参考。
After the implementation of the"13th Five-Year Plan"for poverty alleviation,the tea industry in Enshi prefecture has developed rapidly,and it has been identified as a characteristic ecological industry for rural revitalization in Enshi prefecture,which has made new progress for the construction of ecological civilization.This paper summarized the good development trend of tea industry in Enshi prefecture,focused on analysis of the development of two historical famous teas,'Enshi Yulu'and'Lichuan Red',as well as the brand construction and technological innovation.In the process of the development of the tea industry in Enshi,there were problems like low level of product standardization and low overall benefit,low brand influence,lack of competitiveness,industrial integration,poor driving effect and other issues.In view of the above problems,countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of consolidating product quality,expanding the utilization of tea resources,increasing brand promotion,standardizing brand and market operation,creating a good cultural atmosphere,and realizing the integrated development of tea industry.The purpose of this paper was to provide reference for the overall development of tea industry in Enshi prefecture.
