摘要
目的 :观察纵切横扩瘢痕松解结合芍倍注射液治疗医源性肛管直肠狭窄的临床疗效。方法 :将120例医源性肛管直肠狭窄患者随机分为2组,每组60例。对照组采用纵切横扩瘢痕松解术治疗,观察组在此基础上加用芍倍注射液治疗。观察治疗后两组患者治疗有效率、狭窄缓解程度、治疗前后肛门疼痛及排便情况、复发情况。结果 :治疗后观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组;术后1月及术后12月统计显示观察组狭窄缓解程度均显著优于对照组;观察组术后第3天及7天肛门疼痛情况、术后第2及3次排便情况、术后复发率均显著优于对照组;两组患者术后14天肛门疼痛评分及术后第1次排便情况比较差异无统计学意义。结论 :纵切横扩瘢痕松解结合芍倍注射液治疗医源性肛管直肠狭窄患者效果明显,能够改善患者肛门狭窄情况,可有效降低术后疼痛及术后复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of longitudinal and transverse dilatation scar release combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of iatrogenic anorectal stenosis. Methods A total of 120 patients with iatrogenic anorectal stenosis were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with longitudinal and transverse expansion scar lysis, and the observation group was treated with Shaobei injection on this basis. After treatment, the effective rate, the degree of stenosis relief, postoperative anal pain, defecation and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group;One month and 12 months after operation, the degree of stenosis relief in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group;The anal pain on the 3rd and 7th day after operation, the second and third defecation and the postoperative recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;There was no significant difference in anal pain score and the first defecation between the two groups on the 14th day after operation. Conclusion Iongitudinal and transverse dilatation scar release combined with Shaobei injection is effective in the treatment of iatrogenic anorectal stenosis. It can improve the situation of anorectal stenosis and effectively reduce the postoperative pain and recurrence rate.
