Biological Activities of Iridoid Glycosides in Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)Based on Catalpol as The Major Compound

摘要 通过对中国知网(CNKI)、PubMed等国内外常用的专业数据库的检索分析,总结了近年来关于以梓醇为主要成分的地黄环烯醚萜苷的生物活性的研究现状。研究结果显示,以梓醇为代表的地黄环烯醚萜苷类成分具有抑制糖尿病肾病中足细胞损伤、抑制糖尿病颈动脉内膜增生、抑制骨质流失、改善神经退行性病变、改善神经性疼痛、改善动脉粥样硬化、改善肾小球内皮细胞功能障、抑制主动脉内皮细胞损伤、抑制急性胰腺炎、保肝、降糖、抗抑郁等众多的生物活性,其中梓醇为地黄环烯醚萜苷类成分发挥以上生物活性的主要药效物质基础。进一步围绕某一关键分子靶标系统地深入地开展地黄环烯醚萜苷类成分特别是梓醇发挥生物活性的分子机制及作用靶点的研究,无疑是后续值得关注和探索的一个重要的研究方向。为地黄环烯醚萜苷类成分及梓醇的进一步研发应用提供了重要的文献基础。 This article summarized the current research status of the biological activities of the iridoid glycosides in Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)in recent years by searching and analyzing the professional databases commonly used at home and abroad,such as CNKI and PubMed.The results of the study show that the iridoid glycosides represented by catalpol in Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)can inhibit podocyte damage in diabetic nephropathy,diabetic carotid artery intimal hyperplasia and bone loss,improve neurodegeneration,neuropathy pain,atherosclerosis and glomerular endothelial cell dysfunction,inhibit aortic endothelial cell damage and acute pancreatitis,protect liver,lower blood glucose,anti-depression and many other biological activities.Among them,catalpol is a major active compound to exert the above biological activities of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix).It is undoubtedly an important research direction worthy of attention and exploration in the future to further systematically and deeply study the molecular mechanism and target of the biological activity of the iridoid glycosides of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),especially catalpol.This study provides an important literature basis for the further development and application of the iridoid glycosides of Dihuang(Rehmanniae Radix)and catalpol.
