摘要
DRG支付体系下,病案首页编码同质化包括首页项目范围的同质化以及编码规则、编码内容、编码结果的同质化。病案首页编码同质化有利于提高基础数据质量、实现医疗数据可比、保障医保基金分配公平。对此,应完善顶层设计、升级病案系统、加强质控和培训等,不断提高医疗机构病案首页编码同质化水平。
Under the DRG payment system,the homogenization of case home page coding includes the homogenization of the scope of home page items as well as the homogenization of coding rules,coding contents and coding results.The homogenization of case home page coding is conducive to improving the quality of basic data,achieving comparability of medical data and ensuring the fairness of health insurance fund distribution.Therefore,the top-level design should be improved,the patient case system should be upgraded,and quality control and training should be strengthened to continuously improve the level of homogenization of patient case homepage coding in medical institutions.
