摘要
国家在“十四五”时期经济社会发展指导思想中明确提出建设高质量的教育体系。因此,必须构建高质量的教学质量监控体系,除了加强师资队伍建设外,加大监督力度,加强日常督导反馈等环节显得尤为重要。基于此,主要围绕教学督导工作者应具备的职业素养、教学督导的职责,构建合理的教学督导监督体系进行研究与探索。
The national guiding ideology for economic and social development during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period clearly proposes to build the high-quality education system. Therefore, it is necessary to build a high-quality teaching quality monitoring system. In addition to strengthening the construction of teaching staff, it is particularly important to increase supervision and strengthen daily supervision and feedback. This paper mainly focuses on the professional quality and responsibilities of teaching supervisors, and constructs a reasonable teaching supervision system for research and exploration.
