摘要
以湖州职业技术学院(以下简称湖州职院)旅游管理专业为例,采用网络问卷调查与实习检查过程中集中座谈和个别访谈相结合等方法,对旅游管理专业学生的顶岗实习满意度进行实证研究。结果表明:总体来看,学生的实习满意度较高、实习效果良好,但也有部分同学对企业管理者的关注度、座谈会、轮岗、实习薪酬等不太满意,这些与企业实际情况、疫情影响、行业发展有一定的关系。因此,为了更好地监控和管理顶岗实习,学校应该加强专业与企业的联系,加强顶岗实习与毕业实习的衔接,并建立系统化的校企联合管理机制。
Taking the tourism management major of Huzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study on the post practice satisfaction of students majoring in tourism management by combining online questionnaire survey with centralized discussion and individual interview in the process of inspection.The results show that,on the whole,the students’post practice satisfaction is high and the effect is good,but some students are not satisfied with the enterprise managers’attention,symposium,job rotation,post practice remuneration and so on,which has a certain relationship with the actual situation of the enterprise,the impact of the epidemic situation,and the development of the industry.Therefore,in order to better monitor and manage the post practice,the school should strengthen the connection between the specialty and the enterprise,strengthen the connection between the post practice and the graduation internship,and establish a systematic school enterprise joint management mechanism.
