摘要
目的 分析妊娠自然流产与血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)阳性率的相关性。方法 选定2018年1月至2020年10月住院治疗的150例自然流产患者作为研究组,以及同期门诊体检的150例健康孕妇作为参照组,检测2组血清TPOAb、TgAb水平,比较2组TPOAb、TgAb阳性率,比较研究组中不同流产次数患者TPOAb、TgAb阳性率。结果 研究组血清TPOAb、TgAb水平均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组TPOAb阳性率(84.67%)、TgAb阳性率(89.33%)均高于参照组(27.33%、34.67%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。流产5次组TPOAb阳性率(91.67%)、TgAb阳性率(100.00%)高于4次组(88.00%、96.00%),4次组高于3次组(90.00%、90.00%),3次组高于2次组(86.49%、86.49%),2次组高于≤1次组(76.09%、84.78%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠自然流产患者机体血清TPOAb、TgAb水平普遍较高,TPOAb、TgAb阳性率与妊娠自然流产呈正相关性。
Objective To analyze the relationship between spontaneous abortion and the positive rate of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb) in pregnancy.Methods Pregnant women(n=150) with spontaneous abortion visited our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were as the research group, and 150 healthy pregnant women received outpatient physical examination during the same period were as the reference group. The serum levels and the positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb were compared, the positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb in patients with different times abortions of the study group were assessed.Results TPOAb and TgAb in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05). The positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group(84.67%, 89.33% vs 27.33%, 34.67%;P<0.05, respectively). The positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb were significantly higher in the 5th-abortion group vs the 4th abortion(91.67%, 100.00% vs 88.00%, 96.00%), the 4th abortion vs the 3rd abortion(90.00%, 90.00%), the 3rd abortion vs the 2nd abortion(86.49%, 86.49%), the 2nd abortion vs ≤ the 1st abortion(76.09%, 84.78%),(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of TPOAb and TgAb are generally higher in pregnant women with spontaneous abortion, the positive rate of TPOAb and TgAb is positively correlated with the times of spontaneous abortion in pregnancy.
