摘要
目的分析围绝经期综合征治疗中心理疗法辅助雌二醇地屈孕酮的应用价值。方法100例围绝经期综合征患者,按照电脑随机数法分为对照组(47例)与试验组(53例)。对照组实施雌二醇地屈孕酮治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合心理疗法治疗。比较两组心理状态及性激素水平。结果治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均明显低于治疗前,试验组HAMA、HAMD评分分别为(6.82±1.96)、(9.62±2.41)分,均显著低于对照组的(8.04±2.28)、(12.43±3.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显低于本组治疗前,雌二醇(E_(2))水平明显高于本组治疗前,试验组FSH、LH水平低于对照组,E_(2)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者实施雌二醇地屈孕酮联合心理疗法能够更好改善患者性激素水平,促使患者以积极乐观的心态快速恢复正常生活,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of psychotherapy assisted didrogestrel in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into control group(47 cases) and experimental group(53 cases). The control group was treated with estradiol didrogesterone, and the experimental group was treated with psychotherapy on the basis of the control group. Psychological state and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and HAMA and HAMD scores of the experimental group were(6.82±1.96) points and(9.62±2.41) points respectively. Significantly lower than the control group(8.04±2.28) points,(12.43±3.26) points, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the level of estradiol(E2) in the two groups was significantly higher than before treatment. The levels of FSH and LH in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group, and E2was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of estradiol didrogesterone and psychotherapy in perimenopausal syndrome can better improve the level of sex hormones and promote patients to quickly return to normal life with a positive and optimistic attitude, which has the value of clinical promotion.
