摘要
当今世界,科技资源成为“第一资源”。科技资源的配置是各国关注的核心问题之一,科技服务平台则成为加速科技成果转化和实现科技资源共享开放的重要渠道。在创新驱动发展战略、中部地区崛起战略和长江中游城市群发展的背景之下,本文选取了湖北省、湖南省和江西省三大典型省级平台作为案例,采用文献分析法从科技资源类型及内容、服务模式、运营模式三方面探讨了长江中游城市群典型综合科技服务平台的发展现状并提出对策建议,以期为长江中游城市群的区域科技创新发展和技术成果转移转化提供参考。
Scientific and technological resources have become the“first resource”in today’s world.The allocation of them is one of the core issues concerned by all countries,and scientific and technological service platforms have become an important channel for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and realizing the sharing and opening-up of scientific and technological resources.Within the context of such strategies as the innovation-driven development,the rising of the Central China and the development of the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River,this paper selects three typical provincial platforms in Hubei Province,Hunan Province and Jiangxi Province as cases,and then discusses the development status of the typical comprehensive science and technology service platforms of the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River in terms of the type and content of science and technology resources,service modes and operation modes with the method of literature analysis.Finally it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide a reference for the development of regional scientific and technological innovation,and the transformation of technological achievements of the city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
