摘要
为提高综采工作面供液效率,解决传统短距离供液存在的设备列车载重大、移动困难以及乳化液泵、喷雾泵占用空间大等问题,提出将长距离供液技术应用到采面供液中。根据现场实际情况,将乳化液泵、喷雾泵移至采面运输巷联络巷内,并通过高压输送管将乳化液、喷雾及冷却水提供到采面内,依据现场实际情况对长距离供液系统设备及管线布置进行设计。现场应用后,长距离供液系统运行平稳,可满足3206综采工作面综采设备乳化液、冷却水以及喷雾水等压力、流量等需求,通过使用长距离供液系统可显著降低采面设备列车重量、长度,变降低作业人员劳动强度。
In order to improve the liquid supply efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face and solve the problems of heavy train load,difficult movement of equipment and large space occupied by emulsion pump and spray pump existing in the traditional short distance liquid supply,it is proposed to apply the long distance liquid supply technology to the liquid supply of the mining face.According to the actual situation on site,the emulsion pump and spray pump will be moved to the connection roadway of the mining face transportation roadway,and the emulsion,spray and cooling water will be provided to the mining face through the high-pressure transmission pipe.The equipment and pipeline layout of the long-distance liquid supply system will be designed according to the actual situation on site.After field application,the long-distance liquid supply system runs smoothly and can meet the pressure and flow requirements of the 3206 fully mechanized mining equipment such as emulsion,cooling water and spray water.By using the long-distance liquid supply system,the weight and length of the mining equipment train can be significantly reduced,and the labor intensity of operators can be reduced.
