摘要
护理服务是医疗服务的重要组成部分,护理质量控制理念、模式和方法的发展变化,为护理服务质量持续改进提供了重要的驱动力。本文回顾总结近十年来我国护理质量管理与控制工作取得的进展与成效,分析当前护理服务质量的现状,讨论“十四五”时期进一步推动我国护理工作高质量发展的前进方向。
Nursing care is an important part of medical care.The development of the concept,mode and method of nursing quality control provide a key driver for continuous improvement of nursing quality.This paper reviews and summarizes the progress and achievements of nursing quality management and control in China in the last decade,and analyzes the current status of the quality of nursing care,and discusses the forward direction of further promoting the high-quality development of nursing care in China in the period of"the 14th Five Year Plan period".
