摘要
为督促发电企业节能降耗和加强对发电企业大气污染物的排放监管,海南电网有限责任公司规划设计了火电运行综合监测系统。首先阐述了系统的设计目标,接着分析了系统的设计及实现,主要包括系统总体结构、一次数据采集和校验及主要应用功能的设计及实现,最后探讨了系统的主要难点及解决措施。随着海南电网有限责任公司火电运行综合监测系统实施工作的逐步推进,系统的各项设计目标将逐步实现。
In order to urge power generation enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption and strengthen the supervision of air pollutant emission of power generation enterprises, Hainan Power Grid Co., Ltd. has planned and designed comprehensive monitoring system of thermal power operation. This paper first described the design goals of the system, then analyzed the design and implementation of the system, mainly including the design and implementation of the overall structure of the system, primary data acquisition and verification and main applied functions, and finally discussed the main difficulties and solutions of the system. With the gradual progress of the implementation of the comprehensive monitoring system for thermal power operation of Hainan power grid, the design goals of the system will be gradually realized.
