基于有限元法的自动投料系统中链式输送机主动轴力学分析

摘要 核燃料循环系统的整个运行过程中会产生大量的废弃设备与零件。基于“放射性废物最小化”的理念,需对放射性废金属进行去污处理,其中熔炼去污的智能上料工序是保障去污过程本质安全的重要环节,链式输送机是上料过程中的关键部分。依据某工厂正在使用中的一种链式输送机的参数,利用SolidWorks进行参数化建模,建立链式输送机的三维模型,然后利用ANSYS对链式输送机中的关键部件主动轴进行分析,从而确定该轴的应力及变形情况。分析结果表明:在工况条件下,在主动轴的键槽附近,主动轴最容易发生破坏,这为链式输送机的设计过程提供了相关参考。 During the operation of the whole nuclear fuel cycle system, a large number of waste equipment and parts will be produced. Based on the concept of “radioactive waste minimization”, the intelligent feeding process of decontamination treatment of radioactive waste metal and smelting decontamination is an important link to ensure the intrinsic safety of the decontamination process, and the chain conveyor is a key part of the feeding process. According to the parameters of a chain conveyor in use in a factory, the parametric modeling is carried out by SolidWorks, and the three-dimensional model of the chain conveyor is established. Then the driving shaft, which is the key component of the chain conveyor, is analyzed by using the ANSYS, so as to determine the stress and deformation of the shaft. The analysis results show that under working conditions, the driving shaft is most likely to be damaged near the keyway of the driving shaft. It provides relevant references for designers in the designing process of chain conveyors.
