摘要
用Creo 8.0构建新型双井抽油机支架体的三维模型,再将模型导入到ANSYS Workbench中。通过计算程序得到抽油机上、下冲程两支架轴承座上的受力,利用ANSYS Workbench静力学分析模块分析支架体在后支架轴承座两极限位置的应力与形变,判断支架体结构的合理性。分析结果表明支架体在两支架轴承座相距750 mm曲柄转角186.26°时支架体受到的载荷最大,最大载荷为233.55 MPa,两支架轴承座相距450 mm曲柄转角186.26°时支架体受到的总变形最大,最大总变形为1.4412 mm。结果表明支架体强度和刚度都满足要求。
A 3D model of a new double-well pumping unit bracket is built with Creo 8.0,and then the model is imported into ANSYS Workbench.The stress on the bearing pedestal of the upper and lower strokes of the pumping unit is obtained through the calculation program.The ANSYS Workbench static analysis module is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the bracket at the two limit positions of the rear bracket bearing pedestal,and judge the rationality of the bracket structure.The analysis results show that when the distance between the two bracket bearing seats is 750 mm and the crank angle is 186.26°,the bracket body is subjected to the maximum load of 233.55 MPa.When the distance between the two bracket bearing seats is 450 mm and the crank angle is 186.26°,the bracket body is subjected to the maximum total deformation of 1.4412 mm.The results show that the strength and stiffness of the bracket meet the requirements.
