摘要
为研究磁湖水体中微塑料的污染现状,采集了湖泊近岸及湖心7个点位的表层水样和中层水样,分析了其微塑料丰度、形状、颜色、分布等特征。研究发现:各采样点位的表层和中层水样中均存在微塑料,丰度分别为4.7~9.6个/L和3.5~7.8个/L。其中,碎片状的微塑料丰度最高,占比为66.1%;粒径<0.05 mm的微塑料占比最大,为47.8%,其次是0.05 mm≤粒径≤0.1 mm的微塑料,占比为29.8%。微塑料的颜色类型以黑色和白色为主,占比分别为69.7%和14%。磁湖水体中微塑料的丰度分布特征与该区域的人类活动强度和人口密度等环境因素密切相关。
To study the current status of microplastic pollution in the water of Cihu Lake,surface water samples and middle water samples were collected from seven points near the shore and in the center of the lake,and their microplastic abundance,shape,color,distribution and other characteristics were analyzed.It was found that microplastics were present in both surface and middle water samples at each sampling site,and the abundance of microplastics in surface water samples ranged from 4.7~9.6 microplastics/L,while in middle water samples ranged from 3.5~7.8 microplastics/L.Among them,fragmented microplastics had the highest abundance,accounting for 66.1%;microplastics with particle size<0.05 mm accounted for the largest proportion,was 47.8%,followed by microplastics with 0.05 mm≤particle size≤0.1 mm,accounting for 29.8%.The color types of microplastics were mainly black and white,accounting for 69.7%and 14%,respectively.The abundance distribution characteristics of microplastics in the water column of Cihu Lake were closely related to environmental factors such as the intensity of human activities and population density in this region.
