摘要
发电机组存在大量的疏水阀门,考虑投资成本的问题,这些阀门基本采用就地阀门的形式,阀门状态通过运行人员的经验进行判断,状态误判现象普遍存在,更改为电动阀门不切实际,一旦机组高负荷运行时,阀门关闭不严不仅影响阀门本身寿命,严重时甚至影响机组运行安全,造成大量能源的浪费。本文通过研究阀后管道与阀后工质之间的换热机理,结合阀后温降数据建立阀后温降混合模型,为疏水阀门提供关闭状态下理想温降曲线,作为阀门状态的评判依据,建立阀门状态转换模型,实现阀门状态评判及管理,进一步实现提高阀门寿命的目的。
ere are a large number of steam trap valves in the generator set.Consideration of the cost of the investment,these valves are basic in the form of on-site valve,the valve state judging by running personnel experience,misjudgment phenomenon exists generally,change for electric valve is impractical,once the unit high load operation,the valve closed lax is not only affecting the service life of the valve itself,Serious even affect the operation of the unit safety,resulting in a large amount of energy waste.In this paper,by studying the valve pipe and valve after working medium of the mechanism of heat transfer between,combination valve temperature drop data after valve temperature drop after hybrid model,provide steam trap closed ideal temperature drop curve,as the state of the valve to judge the basis,establish the valve state transition model,realize the valve state evaluation and management,to further achieve the goal of the life of the valve.
