颗粒调剖剂性能评价及其在复杂油藏的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为了改善塔木察格油藏层间矛盾突出、重力作用明显且裂缝较为发育的水驱开发井组开采效果,研究适合该复杂油藏的缓膨颗粒调剖剂并对水井进行调剖,提高井组储层整体动用情况。通过考察缓膨颗粒的膨胀性能、过孔强度、抗剪切性能及恢复性能,确定颗粒终膨时间55 d、终膨倍数32倍、抗压强度1.9 MPa。经剪切后,粒径损失率低于18%。回弹率可以达到70%,恢复性能较好。岩心调堵实验表明,突破压力11.72 MPa,岩心封堵率超过99%以上,封堵能力较好。对现场调剖工艺进行优化,利用聚合物携带颗粒调剖剂进入地层,对塔木察格现场4口注入井进行调剖施工,受效井平均含水下降14.06%,受效井比例超过58%,累计增油14 735t,直接经济效益2 136.84万元。 In order to improve the production effect of water drive development well group with prominent interlayer contradiction,obvious gravity action and relatively developed fractures in Tamtsag reservoir,the moderating expansion particle profile control agent suitable for this complex reservoir is studied and the well depth profile control is carried out to improve the overall production of well group.Through the investigation of the expansion property, pore strength, shear resistance and recovery property of the retarder granule,the final expansion time of the particle profile control agent is 55 days and the final expansion multiple is 32 times.The compressive strength is 1.9 MPa.After shearing,the loss rate of particle size is less than 18%.In particular,the rebound rate can reach 70% and the recovery performance is good. The core plugging experiment shows that when the breakthrough pressure is11.72 MPa,the core plugging rate is more than 99%,which makes plugging ability good. By optimizing field profile control technology,the polymer is carried particle profile control agent into formation and the four injection wells are profiled at the site in Tamtsag.The average water cut of the effectiveness wells is decreased by 14.06%,and the proportion of the effectiveness wells is over 58%,which accumulates oil 14 735 t,causing the direct economic benefit 21.368 4 million yuan.
