低产油田油井加药控制图版的建立与应用

摘要 油井加药是大庆外围油田主要的清防蜡方式,其加药制度是现场经验摸索制定的,具有加药制度宽泛、针对性不足的问题。针对此问题,通过建立与结蜡相关的物性参数的综合评价系数,优选典型油田开展室内实验,测定了不同油田、不同产量、不同含水级别油井结蜡速度,摸索不同油田油井结蜡规律,计算清蜡周期和清蜡剂用量,建立了各油井加药控制图版。在各油田选取163口典型井现场试验,年节省药剂29.4 t,年节电量16.4×10^(4)kWh,年节约清蜡剂费用和电费23.4万元,为实现油井个性化加药提供了指导依据。 The oil well dosing is the main paraffin removal and prevention method in the peripheral oilfields of Daqing. Its dosing system is developed through on-site experience,which has the problems of broad dosing system and insufficient.In view of this problem,we have made some measures by establishing the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of physical parameters related to wax deposition,selecting typical oilfields to carry out laboratory experiments measuring the wax deposition rate of oil wells in different oilfields,different production and different water cut levels,exploring the wax deposition rule of oil wells in different oilfields,calculating the wax removal cycle and the amount of wax removal agent and establishing the dosing control chart of each oil well.163 typical wells are selected for field test in each oilfield,with annual saving of 29.4 t,annual electricity savings of 16.4×10^(4)kWh,and annual savings of 234 000 yuan in wax remover cost and electricity cost,which provides a guiding basis for realizing personalized dosing of oil wells.
