摘要
齿轮传动轴的失效将直接影响着机械传动,从而影响着整个运动过程.基于HyperMesh对齿轮传动轴建立载荷和约束条件,并进行有限元分析,确定其受力后的位移、应力云图,通过云图数据结果验证齿轮传动轴的强度和刚度设计的合理性.结果表明,优化后的齿轮传动轴改变了应力集中的位置,改变了施加力的大小和方向,齿轮传动轴最大变形减少了82%,最大应力降低了55%,实现了结构优化的预期目标.
The failure of the gear transmission shaft will directly affect the mechanical transmission,thereby affecting the entire movement process. Based on HyperMesh,the load and constraint conditions were established for the gear shaft,and finite element analysis was performed to determine the displacement and stress cloud map after the force is applied. The results showed that the optimized gear shaft had changed the stress concentration position,changed the magnitude and direction of the applied force,the maximum deformation of the gear shaft has been reduced by 82%,and the maximum stress has been reduced by 55%,achieving the expected goal of structural optimization.
