摘要
全预混燃气燃烧器在高背压加热炉内经常发生点火故障。通过分析探讨了该故障形成因素,建立了相应的数学模型,并利用Simulink仿真工具对不同的工况进行了炉膛压力模拟计算比较,得出的结论是:点火时炉膛产生瞬时高压,压力波回传头部、风机到燃气阀,造成燃气短时间断供,从而导致点火故障。最后,给出了此类加热炉行之有效的改造方案。
The ignition failure of the full premixed flame gas burners often occurs in the high back-pressure heating furnace.It analyzes and discusses the causes of the failure,establishes the corresponding mathematical model,and uses Simulink to simulate and calculate the furnace pressure under different working conditions.The conclusion is drawn that the furnace produces instantaneous high pressure during ignition,and the pressure wave returns to the head,the fan and the gas valve,resulting in a short interruption of gas supply.This causes ignition failure.Finally,an effective transformation scheme of this kind of heating furnace is given.
