面向机载武器系统综合设计的集成技术研究

摘要 围绕如何保证可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性、安全性(RMTSS)和性能设计分析数据共享的一致性,针对产品RMTSS和性能设计分析工作协同开展的需求,分别从数据建模及接口集成两个方面开展集成技术研究。结合产品RMTSS和性能设计分析工作的特点,依次建立RMTSS综合数据模型和面向产品数据管理系统(PDM)集成的数据元模型。基于Web Service接口集成技术,建立面向机载武器系统综合设计的集成环境总体架构,并说明了集成环境的运行过程。此外,基于TeamCenter主流PDM系统构建一体化设计平台,并以故障模式、影响与危害性分析(FMECA)工具的集成应用为例,验证集成技术的可行性。 Aiming at the requirement of data sharing consistency and task cooperation for Reliability,Maintainability, Supportability, Testability Safety(RMTSS) and Performance design analysis, the research on integration technology was implemented from two aspects: data modeling, interface integration. According to the characteristics of the product RMTSS and performance work, a synthetic data model for integration design and a data meta-model for Product Data Management(PDM) integration were established continuously. An integration framework for product synthetic design based on Web Service interface integration technology was constructed, and the operating process of integration environment was introduced.The integration design platform was constructed based on Team Center, and the availability of integration technology was validated by the integrated application of FMECA tool.
