冷轧产品在线质量智能判定系统探讨

摘要 简要介绍了在线质量智能判定系统的功能与组成,并详细说明在线质量智能判定系统的特点和应用价值。按照钢厂制定的产品质量企业标准,结合表面检测仪的缺陷数据进行信息化管理,形成“表检为主、人工为辅”的工作模式,以大幅提高冷轧带钢表面质量判定的精准性,减少人工造成的误判定,避免大量缺陷产品流出,为客户提供所需质量要求的产品,提升企业产品核心竞争力及品牌价值。 This paper briefly discusses about the online quality intelligent judgment system for cold rolled products.It summarizes the functions and composition of online quality intelligent judgment system.It details the characteristics and application value of online quality intelligent judgment system.According to the product quality standards formulated by the steel plant,combined with defect data of surface detector,informatization is conducted.It forms a working mode with"surface detector as the main and manual detection as the auxiliary".This improves the accuracy of surface quality judgment,and it reduces manual misjudgment.A large number of defective products are prevented from flowing out.It will provide products with required quality for customers,and it will also enhance the core competitiveness and brand value of the enterprise's products.
