摘要
随着国家“绿色低碳、节能减排”发展理念的提出,我国新能源行业迎来新的发展机遇。抽水蓄能电站作为经济、清洁的大规模储能方式,具有启停灵活、反应迅速、调峰填谷、调频调相、紧急事故备用等优势,受到国家大力支持。上坝公路作为连接大坝与外界的通道,是电站建设期、运维期不可缺少的关键组成部分。山区上坝公路方案的选择应从地质条件、线形指标、工程造价、施工工期、环境保护、施工与养护难度等多因素综合考虑,通过方案比选分析,选择更安全、更经济、更合理的路线方案,有利于快速推进抽水蓄能电站的发展,有利于国家实现“双碳”目标。
With the proposal of the national development concept of "green, low-carbon, energy conservation and emission reduction", the new energy industry is getting the new development opportunities in China.As an large-scale economical and clean energy storage method, the pumped storage power station has the advantages of flexible start and stop, rapid response, peak and valley regulation, frequency and phase modulation, emergency standby and so on, and is strongly supported by the state. As an access connecting the dam and the outside world, the dam road is an indispensable and key part of the power station in the construction and operation periods. The selection of the dam road schemes in mountainous areas should be comprehensively considered from many factors of geological conditions, alignment indicators,engineering cost, construction period, environmental protection, construction and maintenance difficulty.Through the scheme comparison and analysis, the safer, more economical and more reasonable route scheme is selected, which is conducive to the rapid development of pumped storage power stations and the realization of the "double carbon" goal in China.
