基于胶轮车运输需求的回采巷道设计优化

摘要 为满足采煤工作面胶轮车运输设备、物料及人员的需求,设计工作面巷道时,充分考虑胶轮车运行空间、拐弯最大半径、最大承重,在巷道硐室布置方式、巷道断面尺寸、底板固化细节处理等方面进行方案调整和优化,满足工作面安装、撤除及日常生产期间需求。 In order to meet the needs of transportation equipment,materials and personnel of rubber wheel car in coal mining working face,the running space,maximum turning radius and maximum load bearing of rubber wheel car are fully considered in the roadway design of working face.The scheme is adjusted and optimized in the aspects of roadway chamber layout,roadway fault section size,floor solidification detail treatment,etc,to meet the needs of working face installation,removal and daily production.
