某核电厂发电机断路器液压操作机构故障分析

摘要 文中介绍了一起某核电厂发电机断路器液压操作机构因缸体裂纹导致内漏合闸无法保压的故障,为分析缸体裂纹导致内漏的根本原因及制定纠正措施,通过对缸体裂纹从缸体应力、液压缸体金属学分析、液压油3个方面采用缸体有限元模型分析、金相分析、硬度检测和粗糙度检测、力学性能检测等方法进行分析,确认根本原因为表面处理不当导致产生了应力腐蚀裂纹。提出了改进缸体表面工艺处理和通过改造增加预警即监视液压操作机构油泵打压次数措施。实施改进和措施后未再发生液压操作机构缸体裂纹故障。 The fault of not keeping pressure at closing operation due to internal leakage,which is caused by the cyl⁃inder crack of hydraulic operating mechanism of generator circuit breaker of a nuclear power plant,is introduced in this paper.In order to analyze the root cause of the internal leakage due to the cylinder crack and make correction measures.It is confirmed by adopting such methods as finite element model analysis,metallographic analysis,hard⁃ness and roughness detection as well as mechanical property detection in the three aspects of cylinder stress,hydrau⁃lic cylinder metallurgic analysis and hydraulic oil for the cylinder crack that the root cause is the stress corrosion crack due to inappropriate surface treatment.It is proposed to improve the surface treatment process of cylinder and increase the warning,namely monitor the pumping number of oil pump of the hydraulic operating mechanism.The fault of cylinder crack of the hydraulic operating mechanism has never happened anymore after implementing the im⁃provement and measures.
