摘要
新媒体环境下,传统网络暴力出现异化,滋生出新的网络暴力种类,以语言霸凌、舆论审判、人肉搜索为主要手段的新的网络暴力正在对互联网和新媒体产生不可小觑的负面影响,大学生作为当前互联网及新媒体的主要使用者,应当被予以高度重视。在对新媒体环境下大学生网络暴力现象及当前治理规则进行探讨的基础上,在“多方协同治理”的原则下,进一步完善相关法律规定、建立大学生网络安全意识引导路径、创新网络空间多元治理新途径。
In the new media environment,the alienation of traditional cyber violence has given rise,thereby creating new types of cyber violence.The cyber violence,which mainly takes language bullying,judgment of public opinion and human flesh search as the main means,is exerting a signficant negative impact on the Internet and new media.College students,as the dominant users of the Internet and new media,should be highly valued.On the basis of discussing the phenomenon of college students'cyber violence in the new media environment and the current governance rules,and under the principle of"multi-party collaborative governance",the relevant legal provisions are further improved,the guidance path of college students'cyber security consciousness is established,and the new path of diversified governance in cyberspace is innovated.
