摘要
为分析输气站场安全仪表系统的完整性和可靠性,以某典型输气站场为例,在分析现有安全仪表系统不足的基础上,充分结合危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析、保护层(LOPA)分析和马尔科夫模型等方法,建立一套适合输气站场的安全仪表(SIF)回路辨识、安全完整性等级(SIL)定级和SIL验证的流程,并针对不满足SIL验证的SIF回路提出改进措施。结果表明,该站场内需设置11个SIF回路,其中1个应达到SIL2等级,10个应达到SIL1等级;由于安全功能认证证书缺失,缺乏相关失效概率数据,无法对部分已设置的SIF回路进行SIL验证工作。应从改进冗余表决结构、缩短测试周期和改进设备选型等方面对SIF回路进行改进;输气站场应选用获得安全功能认证的组件,并收集企业、行业和国际通用数据库,建立准确的失效数据。研究结果可为今后同类型站场安全仪表系统的设计和运营提供实际参考。
In order to analyze the integrity and reliability of the safety instrument system of gas transmissionstations,a set of SIF circuitidentification,SIL grading,and SIL verification process suitable for a gas transmission station is established by taking a typical gas transmission station as an example, and combiningHAZOP analysis,LOPA analysis and Markov model on the basis of analyzing the deficiency of existingsafety instrument system. Improvement measures are put forward for SIF circuit which does not meetSIL verification. The results show that 11 SIF circuits need to be set in the station, among which 1should reach SIL2 level, and 10 should reach SIL1 level. Due to the absence of safety function certification certificate,and the lack of relevant failure probability data,it is impossible to carry out SIL verification on some of the set SIF circuits. The SIF circuit should be improved from the aspects of improving redundant voting structure, shortening test cycle, and improving equipment type selection.The gas transmission station should select components with safety function certification,and collect enterprise, industry and international general databases to establish accurate failure data. The research results can provide a practical reference for the design and operation of safety instrument systems in the same type of station in the future.
