摘要
针对某厂在生产过程中发现大直径薄壁P91无缝钢管的金相组织出现异常,对其金相组织异常的原因进行分析。结果表明:大直径薄壁P91钢管的异常组织为回火索氏体、回火马氏体和残余奥氏体的混合组织,主要是由制造过程中热处理工序操作不当造成的。经1060℃×2 h正火处理后,大直径薄壁P91钢管的金相组织恢复正常。
In view of the abnormal microstructure of P91 seamless steel pipe with large diameter and thin wall found in the production process of a factory, the causes of the abnormal microstructure were analyzed. The results showed that the abnormal microstructure of P91 steel pipe with large diameter and thin wall was a mixted structure of tempered sorbite, tempered martensite and retained austenite, which was mainly caused by improper operation of heat treatment process in the process of product manufacturing. The microstructure of P91 steel pipe with large diameter and thin wall returned to normal after normalizing at 1060 ℃ for 2 h.
