摘要
为筛选出镉低积累品种的小麦,文章采用水培试验,设置镉浓度为3μmol/L研究小麦主产区的93个小麦品种苗期对镉的吸收转运特性,并从中选出5个不同类型的小麦进一步进行镉浓度梯度试验(1、3、9μmol/L)。结果表明,93个小麦品种根部镉含量远高于地上部,地上部和根部镉含量分别为24.0~61.3 mg/kg和241.3~553.4 mg/kg;根系向地上部的转运系数为0.05~0.34,均<1。对93个小麦品种的地上部镉含量和转运系数进行聚类,将其划分为5个不同的类型,其中低吸收型有农大211、河农5290和周麦16等16个小麦品种,占比17.2%,镉浓度范围在24.0~33.4 mg/kg;低转运型有冀糯200、新麦26和烟农21等18个小麦品种,占比19.4%,转运系数范围在0.05~0.09。镉浓度梯度试验中,当镉浓度为1、3μmol/L时,地上部镉含量和转运系数最低的小麦品种均为低转运型冀糯200;当镉浓度为9μmol/L时,为低吸收型河农5290。综合分析小麦地上部镉含量和转运系数,可以优先考虑将低吸收型河农5290和低转运型冀糯200作为镉低积累品种用于安全生产。
In order to screen out wheat cultivars of low cadmium(Cd)accumulation characteristics,a total of 93 wheat cultivars in the main wheat production areas at the seedling stage were investigated with respect to Cd absorption and translocation by hydroponic experiments with Cd concentration of 3μmol/L,and five different types of wheat were selected for further Cd concentration gradient test(1,3,9μmol/L).As a result,it was found that Cd content in the root system of 93 wheat cultivars was much higher than that in the shoot,being 241.3 mg/kg to 553.4 mg/kg,and 24.0 mg/kg to 61.3 mg/kg,respectively.The coefficient of translocation from root to shoot ranged from 0.05 to 0.34,both less than 1.00.Cd content of the shoot and translocation coefficient of 93 wheat cultivars were clustered and divided into five different categories.Among them,16 species belonged to the low absorption wheat cultivars such as Nongda 211,Henong 5290 and Zhoumai 16,accounting for 17.20%,Cd concentrations ranging from 24.0 mg/kg to 33.4 mg/kg;and 18 belonged to the low translocation wheat cultivars such as Jinuo 200,Xinmai 26 and Yannong 21,accounting for 19.4%,the translocation coefficients ranging from0.05 to 0.09.According to the Cd concentration gradient test,Cd content and translocation coefficients in the shoot of low translocation type Jinuo 200 were the lowest when Cd concentration was 1μmol/L or 3μmol/L.Low absorption type Henong5290 was the lowest when Cd concentration was 9μmol/L.In summary,taking into consideration of Cd content of the shoot and translocation coefficient of wheat,we would suggest that low absorption type Henong 5290 and low translocation type Jinuo 200 would be used for the wheat safety production.
